Portland, Oregon...the latest developments

It's been almost a year since I've done a Portland photo thread...over some time off in the next few weeks, I might just get another one together. In the meantime, there have been some great new pics posted by various forumers, mostly Dougall, in the Northwest section, enough pics that they deserve a lookee here...

Welcome to Portland

South Waterfront under construction (DizFlip on ssc)

Dougall

Portland's brand new Aerial Tram

jarsehgal's

JandK's

The Strand by tworivers

more from tworivers

We've designated Dougall as our official photographer, the rest of the pics show you why:

Dougall on The Pearl District

Dougall on The Metropolitan

US Bank Tower

Merry Christmas

and for your entertainment, Portland's progress, also assembled by Dougall

HoustonRush: It is brand new....going through the test run phase. It connects the OHSU (Oregon Health Science University) on top of the hill with the OHSU/SOWA (Condo's/Apartments/Medical Towers) development rising along side the river.

Happy Feet!

I thought the new gym was going to be up a couple floors, I didn't expect it to be right on the corner into the district.
