You can tell from the photo I posted above that those steel columns posted in your picture have been encased in concrete almost to the top.

It does look that way, however those are double height floors so they're really just finishing off the second floor.

god damn that's going to be a monster... lol.. it just takes up a whole block for the base practically.

Is there a smaller side building as well? i never was sure of that but kind of think i saw that in the renders.

That's gotta be one of the largest podiums, and overall buildings going up in a long time (though BAC seems like a huge building to me, compared to others that are going up)...

the floors would have to be over 12 meters each in order to make this a supertall... good luck! (i'm praying for a 10-15 floor increase)

Wow! I didn't know that, and it's true you learn something new everyday.

Aura is moving along really quickly! The podium isn't even complete yet but its already having a large presence on the area.
