I'm still so astonished that this long-stalled tower is finally going up as the architect had originally intended... I am beyond pleased!

I think we are all ecstatic to finally see this project being completed as originally envisioned!

nice, I especially like the new perspective coming from the Bridge off-ramp. (and hope you were the passenger in the car while taking those shots! )

It's funny how the building looks so much bigger than you would have thought would fit there when looking at the empty lot.

Thanks Timbad for the pics. I am new to the site and work next door. I have 2 little kids that are super interested in construction (telling them about the project) so I found this site to get them more into it. I cant beleive how small of jobsite this is for the size of the building, not quite sure how they do it. They stop by like once a week and count the floors.

I promised the kids i would take some pics and post them so coming soon...

What are those giant green panels they are putting on?? They are huge! Saw them lifting one with the crane.

Amazing pics simms. But i spoke w someone who lives in the first tower and they said level 1 starts at the ground. Is that correct? Still ends up at 60 but a real 60, is this true? And is there a 13th floor???

Tower II's new structure rising is becoming visible on its own from a distance! I am so looking forward to seeing this overall development finally completed.

There was an intense debate about the height and especially the number of legitimate floors during construction of the first tower. Here is a link to that thread, but the argument was raised and debated many times without general agreement.

So i just asked someone today from the site, really nice person. There is 1 Basement level. Level 1 and 2 are lobby and amenities, Level 4 (there is no level 3, level 2 is really tall) to 49 are units. 50 to 52 are mechanical stuff and the roof is level 53. No numbers, aside from 3, are skipped during construction.

Also apparently they are making the crane taller this weekend, that should be pretty cool.
