^Well not particularly, just going by the diagrams it looks like this is the 23rd tallest in the city. Minneapolis has ten 150 meter towers so it would have to be more up in that range to qualify.

This is an old post I know, but I've updated the thread title. The 374 foot height (373 feet 10 inches) is the height when you measure it from the south and west. However, the elevations show the north and east sides of the building to be 375 feet 10 inches when measured from that side. The building also has 37 overall floors, but two of those are mechanical levels. The building only has 35 actual occupied residential floors.

This is completed now isn't it?
