I'm from Santiago (currently living in Brazil).

As someone posted the news, is 70 floors, not 80.

Cannot wait to coming back and visit this wonder building, I'm pretty sure it will turn out into amazing place.

fantastic. looks allot like the new wtc and Devon mixed into one. (Devon) Oklahoma city. the glass cladding is very similar to more than a few new towers going up. EAP Calgary as well as Devon, WTC, and many more. i guess it because this type of glass has proven to look great.

que hermosa torre es

Me recuerda un poco de esa nueva torre que se va a construir en San Francisco de la cual se me ha olvidado el nombre.. pero sin embargo es gracilisima y tengo muchisimas ganas de ver el vidrio que la ponen

Edit: It kinda looks like the transbay tower in SF...

I love it!

Found this on Flickr from October 27. Why no cladding yet I wonder?

This picture on Wikipedia from March, 2012 shows the cladding in farther detail. It looks very similar to the cladding being used on the World Trade Center.

Decent, bit I am not blown away. I am not a big fan in general of these buildings in which the curtain wall goes higher than the main mass of the building. Other examples include the New York Times Tower, and the plans for Three World Trade Center and 15 Penn Plaza. I do like the cladding and height to width ratio though.

César Pelli did an awesome job on this tower. Does anyone have a more updated picture? Thank you in advance.
