Thank You for all you Gods of the Towers who have already posted. I am a mere mortal Skyscraper Admirer. If true, as I asked earlier on a different thread, this is the trifecta come true!

An excellent source says the height increase was a result of incorrect information on the FAA forms. Look for the FAA filings to be corrected. The approved and released elevations dated last September have this at ~590' and 41 (maybe 40) occupied floors.

Seemed a bit out of left field. Don't see this breaking ground for several years if ever.

And 3rd & Congress. We can't complain much based on Austin punching so far above its weight in the skyscraper game.

Love the design. I think this will be one of those iconic buildings everyone wishes were 20 stories taller 10 years from now - much like Frost.

Agreed, though I think it's location by the water will keep it from getting swallowed up completely like Frost. Conrad Residences may hide some of it's south side if it ever gets built, but that sounds like a good problem to have.

That said, let's get this one built! It's too nice of a design not to.

I wonder if this is due to the window washing crane. Or, at least if it was boomed out I could see it being 20’ taller than the roof parapet.
