Same here. Since your relatively new to the forum, we have to ask where you got this info! The one on adelaide seems unlikely to be approved. There is a very strict 157m height limit in that area...

I don't see how a proposal in that location could possibly be approved at such a height given the city's tapering policy, which previously resulted in 300 Front Street being reduced from ~200 metres to 157 metres, and Theatre Park being reduced from ~160something metres to 157 metres. I'd guess they'd get between 150-200 metres at this location, tops.

I didn't know. That's too bad. My source is that I'm part of the process of these things, I'm currently designing the one north of the toronto star building, got any suggestions on the design I should use?

In the previous incarnation of your post from June 21st you said you were an architect working on several project across Canada. Surely a professional architect would have their own ideas on how to design a building?!

All we know for sure is that pinnacle is the developer and that the architect is Hariri Pontanarini.

We've seen Pinnacle hire Hariri Pontarini before. They turned this:

This time I;m hoping they will stick with the original design.. we will have to watch pinnacle on the adelaide 2 to see what they might do to one yonge. (it is quite a nice looking building looking at the line drawings)

That final design looks far better to me. The original is far too busy.
