I thought it was mentioned previously that LL and Power were forming a JV?

I’d say this has the strongest chance of all the proposals bc the developer is killing it in the same neighborhood.

Same. Inside sources say it might or might not begin construction at a time that is further in the future than right now, but before the heat death of the universe. Just a rumor, though.
