No it's just Dundas, and the intersections at Richmond and Clarence are asphalt, not brick (Talbot intersection is brick).

Hell if I know. I'm assuming because they would have had to spend longer than the actual construction period to pick a different colour, and at least what they did was close to an actual roadway colour. I don't know. Maybe each block could have been Western Purple, Fanshawe Red, Lightning Yellow and Knights Green lol.

The whole project has been well done but I must admit that the colour choice makes it look a little depressing.
