im surprised no ones mentioned how badly the rain was funneling during the storm over the weekend.

That was every building in the city. I could have taken the same shot of 1001 S State from my place.

interesting, ive never really seen that sort of funneling effect at the base before but that storm was pretty intense too. someone made a comment on reddit that the facade was flawed but that could be BS.

These curtain walls have to be insanely watertight, not only are you fighting wind-driven rain but also capillary action. Imagine a submarine... made of glass.
