However, Bing Maps also has a street-level view feature, and their picture is much better:

The one end of the building that was enclosed for many years has been opened back up.
The building to the right is the Lynwood Natatorium swimming pool.

Thank you so much
ethereal_reality &
ProphetM for tracking that down. The station looks quite content under the trees.
I noticed to the left, in the photo immediately above, what appears to be a longer/larger version of the the old P.E. station.
It turns out it's the entrance to a Lynwood civic building within the confines of City Park. A bit odd of them to do that, especially since it's not quite right and doesn't quite work,
but I'm sure it was kindly meant.
There's one on the Bullis Ave side:

and
another on the Century Blvd side:

As it's a Catholic retreat now, I think the house is most often listed under the name of the order that runs it:
Immaculate Heart Retreat House
Operated by the Immaculate Heart of Mary Sisters
3431 Waverly Drive
Los Angeles, CA 90027
213-644-1126
The complex has grown like Topsy:

Here's a nice pic of the Anthony's other house, it predates their Maybeck house by eighteen years:
