Experiment

Pardon me, I am conducting an experiment to see what other city forumers think about this highrise proposed in another city. Most of the forumers there like it, but I disagreed. I thought it looked very tacky. Please comment if you like or dislike and why. Thanks.

This building looks like @$$. If that was built in Atlanta, I would pack my sh!t up and move.

Just kidding - Albeit the building definitely looks hideous. Feel free to quote the first two sentences.

Is it a residential tower? Keep in mind that the variation in the glass will not be as pronounced in real life as it is in the rendering. I don't think its a beauty by any means, but I don't think its horrible either. In fact I've seen a lot worse worse.

However, I do like how everything looks at street level. I hate everything from the 3rd floor up.

i think it looks better than almost anything getting put out by novare myself. part of the ugliness is just the shit rendering itself.

That's actually a fine looking building. I would love to have something like that over alot of the Preston partnership stuff in previous years, though I know they had a budget.
