In total, the nine-story building contains approximately 11,400 square feet, with 156,540 square feet dedicated to residential use and 22,260 square feet for the commercial space, including a grocery store at the corner of the property.

Amenities are positioned on the second floor and include recreational, fitness, and laundry facilities, as well as storage space for 109 bicycles and parking for 15 vehicles.

Construction is expected to break ground soon at 57 Alexander Street, a 440-unit residential building in Yonkers, New York, following approvals for a major financing package valued at $177.3 million. The deal was approved by the Yonkers Industrial Development Agency, a public benefit corporation that provides business incentives to enhance economic growth in the City of Yonkers.

Rose Associates is responsible for development of the seven-story building. where 75 percent of the units will be studio and one-bedroom apartments. Ten percent of units will debut as affordable homes. In addition to residential area, the project will include 443 parking spaces and 25,000 square feet of open space including a landscaped public esplanade with access to the Hudson River waterfront and unobstructed views of the Palisades.

It is estimated that the project will create approximately 631 construction jobs and ten full-time positions.

57 Alexander Street arrives as the latest phase of the Alexander Street Master Plan, which outlines the City of Yonkers’ vision for redeveloping the Hudson River waterfront area. The 153-acre zone is described as a gateway project that will establish a mix of residential, retail, and commercial spaces in addition to outdoor public area.

What is happening with 160 Imlay? I know there were mechanic's liens on the property recently but for f_ _ k's sake, these went into contract 5 YEARS AGO!!!! WTF is going on?!?!?!?!

Ironstate Development, CB Developers, and SK Development Group are the developers of the 30,000-square-foot property and purchased the lot for $93 million in the summer of 2018. The site, which is located between West 47th Street and West 48th Street, was once a two-story Lexus auto dealership.

Completion of 646 Eleventh Avenue is expected around 2021.

Located at 8101 Third Avenue, the building features a brick façade and will primarily contain rental apartments with a small section dedicated to commercial use at the ground level.

Plans filed with the New York City Department of Buildings specify 21,606 square feet of residential area divided among 32 units. Given these measurements, apartments will average approximately 675 square feet apiece. The most premium units open up to a wrap-around outdoor terrace at the highest floor.

The only additional component includes commercial area occupying a mere 260 square feet. No parking will be provided as part of the development.

The developer, M & M Ridge Properties LLC, has not revealed an estimated date of completion.
