Viewing it from the Comcast Center, I'm happy to see this tower. It fills a gap and while it doesn't stick out like a Cira Center, it also doesn't stick out as something ugly. It is unique, it shows design diversity and is a great fit for where it is. Nothing wrong with this building. I'm glad to have it in Philly.

Not the first time we've seen this type of pattern used for skinny windows. Reminds me of the (really) old punched computer cards.

Ha, your right, it does. One of the first punch card computers ever made for general-purpose was housed within walking distance from here, the ENIAC. Perhaps this was the developers nod to its contributions to modern day.

Turned out better than expected. It's really not bad. Especially considering this is student housing built using paneling as the primary exterior skin. The builder/architect managed to arrange the panels in a way that makes this a relatively decent looking building.

ahhh Kelly Hall.. The Project Building of "Lil Wilmington". Brings back good memories of those 6' x 12' cells..I mean dorm rooms I used to live in.
