Just got back from Amsterdam a week ago - I'm there at least once a year. I'm now triggered by those pics from in front of the Victoria Hotel! I'm always at risk of hitting tourists on foot or on bike riding through there on my bike, LOL! Worst spot to bike through in the city, and sometimes completely unavoidable.

^Something I have yet to do; ride a bike through Amsterdam.

I've been to Amsterdam a couple of times in 2017. Took my 20D with me last April and shot a couple of photographs with my smartphone the other times I visited, so time for an update! With canals this time. I hope you don't mind.

Nice tour, so many travel to these older cities in Europe and omit the modern areas of their cities. Nice job!

I know there's lots of immigrants who've made it to Amsterdam, and no photo's of the immigrants or immigrant communities?

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought a number of Muslim immigrants made it there and I was expecting some women with headscarves!

^You're not wrong, I just didn't catch them on camera apparently. This last batch does not contain photographs from outside the city center; that may explain it. I believe there are over 180 nationalities living in Amsterdam. If you walk the streets, this diversity is what gives the Amsterdam streets its vibe.
