You Are Spider Man..How would You fare

On your city's urban canyons..Which route?

I'm thinking for Ottawa, you would do alright heading down Laurier or Albert..You wouldn't get much air, and five minutes later you would hit the pavement..Avoid parliament hill, because you are good for one go around then it's all river for you.

If I were Spiderman I would stick my web on a police helicopter and drive it crazy!

In Ottawa? I'm sort of okay in the downtown core but it's iffy. In TBay? Web slingers are for combat only. In Hamilton? I think I have a few streets I can work with, but they're still no very good.

I'd also be unemployed. Or maybe just swinging back and forth between Cabot Place and the Delta hotel, all day every day. Forever and ever.

Can he suck up his web as he goes? Because if you tried that, and the length of web remained the same, you'd just splatter on the rocks somewhere in the Battery.

EDIT: Just realized you said Cabot Place, not Cabot Tower. Fly on, compatriot.

I really think Toronto, Vancouver, and maybe Montreal would work. Possibly Calgary and Ottawa if you stick to basically the CBD.

With great responsibilities comes great power - so I will go into every single corner ... except Laval, even if it is burning.

In Fredericton? Despite what a comic in the early 90's would suggest, Spidey would be SOL in Freddy Beach. Downtown he might get a bit of air going between TD Tower to the BMO Tower, but that's only about 3 or 4 blocks (and there'd be some big jumps in between to make it).

Outside downtown, he'd be limited to trees and power poles which won't get him far.

And to make it all worse for him, Freddy is deep in the Valley; it's all up hill on either side of the river. So while he'd make some great potential swings coming down Regent or Smythe, he'd be hoofing it back up those hills if there's any problems in the University or the shopping districts.

Probably pretty well, if I wasn't so afraid of becoming a stain on the pavement.

Well in Toronto I'd probably keep going up and down Bay Street.

My dad keeps repeating this stupid Serbian joke about Spiderman climbing up the 'Belgrade Palace' or 'Beogradjanka' tower and then going now what?

My best friend and I just got back from Belgrade, we called it the Spiderman building the whole time; otherwise, in all seriousness, it's absolutely one of my favourite buildings in the world.

^ That is an interesting looking building. It's sort of like their own WTC in the way it dominates the skyline.

Old Spidey would likely die of boredom in London.

Spiderman, Spiderman.
Just came out of the garbage can.
Is he strong?
No, he's not.
He's got radioactive snot!

Nice timing from one of the city's satire papers.

I feel like Edmonton's city centre would have more crime action for Spidey to deal with than most in the country.

As far as springing around, he'd be able to get down Jasper Ave quite a ways, and getting around downtown pretty easily, but his north/south routes would be limited.

I'd buy a cabin in Radium.
