How tall is this one gonna be? I'd estimate 45 meters?

Any thoughts on this building as an investment property? Not as familiar with the Calgary market although I know what's going on. Looking for any insight into Battistella as well.

That's a great picture!

I think it's symbolic of the success of EV. By destroying the last vestige of the old EV plan from the late 90's.

Was it a show-suite for Loft 112? I thought that was the case but I'm not sure.
