Block South of "The Bow"

Does anyone know what is happening on the block south of The Bow? I thought that the original plan included something there.

Original plan was for a 'cultural building' which incorporated the facade of the disassembled York hotel. Then it looked like the building might be office instead. Since then apparently the market hasn't been right to build it, so it's now a giant wooden deck along with the underground parking for 2 buildings all being used for just the Bow.

The developer decided that highest and best use of this prime CBD land is a skate park.
On the plus side we know where the x-games will be held next year lol.

When I saw the new thread I was hopeful for an announcement/leak/rumour regarding a new tower on this block.

Originally it was planned on being a second smaller "Bow" building around 40 stories tall and construction to begin in 2016 but I'm pretty sure that fell through. Anyways now in think all it is is the entrance to the Bows parking garage.
