I really despise Prescott Valley. I used to do service calls up there (having to drive from Phoenix a few times per week). It is so sprawled, it's disgusting. Makes New River look dense.

I am confused on this too. I work for the State and asked a couple of the AG staff about moving into Doxa a couple months back (due to an article I read about the Doxa remodel) and they had no idea about it. That article also mentioned the addition was going to be a parking garage which turned out to be office, so I dismissed the article information about the AG's moving.

Classical, can you confirm this? Enquiring minds need to know!

I can confirm that the AG's office is moving to the Doxa. It has been in the works for sometime now. My girlfriend works at the AG's. We bought at Tapestry in June so she could walk to work when the weather is nice.

Does anyone know what's going on with that old building next to EnHance? They have the walls shored up with supports and it looks like they may be gutting the interior.

*Edit: Talking about this building https://www.google.com/maps/@33.4613...7i13312!8i6656

With you there, wood partners has higher end brandings in other places from what I see on there website, the same type of Alta they build In Tempe and Midtown for College kids and young professionals shouldn't be what goes in at north central.

They can do something a step up.

During the last storm the roof flew away, he is just repairing it. Nothing to get excited about.

Repairing it for what? It's a bordered up building and it should be condemned IMO. It's flying apart

it's still an intact building that is susceptible to water damage if it has a roof with a bunch of holes in it. The most expensive thing to do is to let it go.

Which Units in the AG's Office? I was not aware of the move. Their building in the Government Mall is terrible.

I hope this means continued robust growth through 2020, we have had it pretty good the last 2 years or so I want to see it continue!

They are moving accounting and about 250 attorneys. I think the plan is to get private investors to demolish the two story white building on the mall (don't have address right off hand), build something new and lease back to the state. Someone posted something about that recently. The building to the west of the white building on the mall will remain AG's.

There is an article, maybe on the phoenix thread a couple of pages back about the capitol mall area improvements. They plan on rebuilding a couple of office buildings. Making a new ADOT hq and RFPing some state owned lots in the area for mixed use development.

Broadstone Midtown

Just an update on another 5 story multifamily project going up. Broadstone Midtown (the project at the former Stewart Title Building on Osborn/3rd Ave) is much farther along than I thought. Below level grading has been going on and reinforced concrete is getting ready to be poured.

They are apparently keeping the very corner of the former building and integrating it into the Broadstone development.

North Gateway - Honor Health Development

Located at I-17 & Dove Valley Rd, just north of the North Gateway Village Core - Honor Health recent aquired a lot of the land around the emergency center that is currently located there. They have some pretty big ambitions - mixed use, new hospital towers & office/residential. Currently the area is limited to 54ft - but the village core to the south permits up to 190ft. They have submitted a plan to the city requested 150ft in the new area for the new towers they plan to up.

Read the plan here: https://www.phoenix.gov/pddsite/Docu...Z/Z-46-17n.pdf

The first zoning adjustment hearing is coming up soon...
