ACC is done but hardly any other new buildings are there... looks like it must be around 2000?

The lack of condo buildings lets the office stock stand out in the pic. In a good way. This really doesn't look all that bad.

Disappointingly enough that huge surface lot in the bottom left is still there.

For how much longer? Knowing Toronto it probably has proposals and if not it will quite soon.

Not that I'm aware of. I don't know, it's baffling that it's still an empty lot.

Though it does preserve at least a bit of the lake view of the Skydome.

That one and the one at Queen & Mutual are the last two big parking lots that seem to be stubbornly refusing to disappear...

2001 sounds about right. Waterclub condos are just starting.

When I was on the waterfront in summer of 2002 Waterclub condos were about 2/3rds done, so I'd guess summer of 2001 as well.

After digging through some of our recent Toronto shots I found this one which is close but a little tighter to the shoreline. Taken in January 2015. I'll see if I can find anything closer.
