Buildings C, D, F, H, J, L, M, T1, T2, and GE1 are existing, everything else is new construction. With the existing buildings, they're basically gutting them and adding on additional floors as necessary. For instance, it looks like Buildings F, H, and J went from two-story Motorola facilities up to four-story office buildings. I'd imagine the other existing building will get similar treatments.

I don't believe we even have a site plan for the new buildings so we aren't anywhere close to construction on the part of the project that everyone cares about.

I had such high hopes for this project. Some realtors I talked to were anticipating that it could become the next Domain.

Oh well...

This thing has had more name changes than a typical West Campus housing development.

Yikes. The fantasy continues. I guess the original developer is still part of this?

There's a lot of Bladerunner 2049/Dune aesthetic going on here. Also a lot of marketing to a specific, ahem, customer.

Seems like the perfect spot for a Tyrell Corporation relocation!

The reality is that those 4 towers are going to be the typical boring towers you see along major highways outside the CBD.

I don't see Blade Runner. There aren't neon lights, floating ads or any urban density around it. Dune, sure.

When I bought my house in 2018 my realtor tried to convince me that EightFold was going to be "the next Domain". I laughed in her face. I continue being correct.

That Tesla logo on the top of one of the buildings adds to the silliness.

Here's one of the original renderings that happened to be released during the HQ2 frenzy:

It looks like somebody trying to play architect with a video game rendering engine.

This project has been a six year running joke.
