All this development really solidifies the claim that Miami's market has finally matured! It's not like the early 2000s with failed projects like MET III or the Logik Tower.

Miami obviously is still prone to downturns, but the entire market wont crash like the 2008s.

No that it seems like foundation work is about to commence, don't you think that it would be better to shift this thread to high-rise construction?
