I believe the picture is of the CNR station that was demolished to make way for the CN Tower.

Shoot... so now we get to lament yet another great looking historical building that bit the dust... I'm not even much of a clubber, but a "Downtown Iron Horse" or even a "Thomas Cook"-esque restaurant (Saskatoon) making use of a building like that downtown would've been sweet.
