Cement has been poured on the ground level floor. Looks like that and the underground garage part are about done. I'd imagine another floor will be going up pretty soon.

It basically does. There will be a small alleyway in the back that will likely be used for the entrance to the underground parking garage and there will be a small plaza in the front on the 19th street side.

From this morning:

Although it's not going to be very tall, this building will have some scale and massing, especially on Arch Street.

This building is still moving very slow. The Evo is going up by like 3 floors a week.

It was averaging about a floor a week. The last floor though they got hung up on for some reason.

I overlook it from my office and the only reason I can guess would be the rain. I guess they can't pour the concrete while it's raining.

EVO also has smaller less geometricly involved floor plates which may have something to do with it.
