It is not economically advantageous enough to "dumb down" the total development while keeping all of the original statistics (i.e., same number of rooms, same amount of "meeting" space, same amount of amenity SF, etc.). Furthermore, let's remember...this project has a smaller footprint than the Hilton up the street.
IMO...this tower will be built closely to it's original design or not at all. However, on rare occasions, I have been wrong in the past.
