And to be clear, I get that. I should have a disclaimer or add a signature that mentions my job is to poke holes in ideas to find out what is wrong and figure out ways to make them better. I realize it makes me sound displeased or pessimistic about developments more than not, but I'm really trying to bring out the best ideas. Therefore, I naturally push for best case scenario for not only the end user, but also what would differentiate the development from others. Ground floor retail is a huge plus for this development in comparison to all other O4W developments surrounding the park. Location is great. IMO, placement of all amenities to the roof would have provided a perk that no other development in the area has provided to date in O4W or Inman Park.
Anyone know if the other amenities are included on the roof? Would be a great spot to watch the lantern parade...
