If he could turn. He is facing Penn Treaty Park, so would only see the wastes of no viaduct, no 676 capping, and the convention center roof. He should be facing down Broad Street like the sculpture wanted (so his face is hit with Southern sun), or he should face the Art Museum to look down the parkway. I wonder how hard it would be to turn him?
