Indeed it is the University of Phoenix Stadium. I deviated from the standard complete/aerial view, but I thought showing a unique and distinctive feature of a 63,000 seat NFL stadium would be more than fair.

Definitely not American. That is Suncorp Stadium (Lang Park) in Brisbane Australia.
