115m total height in the final design. They changed up the penthouse a couple of times. I was speaking to the developer directly today, we are doing the spray foam and fire stop in that building.

It surprises me how spread out Kelowna's skyline seems to be, since it's a fairly small city.

What's shown under construction in the diagram above alone (understanding that many other projects are underway) represents the skyline of a large North American city. Very impressive.

I've lost track of the number of cities with 25 skyscrapers. There's only two with three supertalls.

I'm happy to see that BIG project on King street coming along so quickly. It seemed like something of a fantasy. BIG does tend to fumble the execution, but the renderings look amazing.

Will it have a mid-block passage to Wellington?

Yep there will be a mid-block connection to Wellington - at least according to the plans. Very excited to see the final execution on this one. Apparently there was an issue with the suppliers of the glass blocks hence the structure looking mostly complete prior to any cladding, however according to posts over at UT glass has started arriving on site. So fingers crossed.

Nice. I'm going to enjoy strolling around that area next time I'm in Toronto.
