I hadn't realized that the shorter rental tower was separately owned (or managed?):

They transferred density from the rental site to the market tower. Maybe Kevington owned some of the land so that's why it turned into a joint project. They have a shared parking lot as well.

Been following this thread for a few years now. Finally got an account. Drove/walked by the other day. As stated above, for commercial tenants, the sign shows Prospera, Panago, Freshii, and small bakery (can't recall the name)

Completion seems on pace for August/September at this point. Marcon IG account posted an update a few days ago that kitchen cabinets are done completed up to level 36 and bathroom flooring/tile are up to the 38th.

Anyone happen to have any shots of the courtyard? Particularly of the tennis court, dog park, and patios of 2nd floor units/amenity room?

Just remembered the name of the bakery - it's Bjornbar Bakery

Off topic but that roof of Safeway is such a wasted opportunity for something. Even if it’s just solar panels.

Hello everyone, did you all get another amendment notice from 567 clark? Is this normal to get extension ammendment for so many times. I am very new to this so I am not sure if this is normal or we can ask for compensation for the delayed closing?

Yeah dude, we all got it. Reached out to Marcon and they are expecting move ins to begin September to November starting from the bottom. I think big projects almost never get built on schedule. Remember original was winter 2020

defects, check the tile work, flooring etc.
My BF's condo has an issue with tile work in the bathroom and there is some flooring that is loose in one spot that he never flagged on his walkthrough.

Just had my walkthrough and i wanted to mention some things for you guys to look out for.

1) My hood vent above the stove was misaligned.

2) The sockets in the kitchen was also protruding not evenly.

3) A socket in the bedroom was filled with debris so no plug could fit in.

4) The filter mechanism above the dryer was not bolted down so it was moving freely

5) The window that could swing out had a small dent in it that couldn't be seen when closed, only when opened.

Overall everything was looking very nice. Really excited to move in.

the rental building is occupied now. And a Prospera credit ubion has been open for a few weeks now. Most of the other retail units have LEASED signage on them.
