No aerial skylines or streetscapes- just a high angle pic that hints at "great neighbourhood".
North American cities struggle to compete with Europe's history. This thread might show that old/new can work.
I'll start with TORONTO:
This slice of east of Yonge/market area is a perfect snapshot of how the mayhem of new, old, tall, short, different materials/styles, parks et al can be beautiful in a North America city.
Doesn't hurt to know that street level includes live entertainment, restaurants, shopping, cafes and still one of the best food markets on the continent.
I'm sure New York and Boston have an equivalent but how many more?
