Lot more spandrel glass than the rendering showed. All the coloured sections are spandrel and even the punched windows have spandrel in it.

So far I'm loving this one. I was hoping that the white accent area was grey alucobond like the rendering suggested, but overall this one still looks really nice.

I'm surprised by the positive response to this one so far. I think its turning out to be a big disappointment. Materials look really cheap. Design just looks like a busy mess. Belongs in Edmonton.

I'm not a big fans of the EIFS portions but the glass spandrel is okay, I guess. From what I can see so far, Mark is a 6.5/10.

I'm not a big fan of the EIFS either, but I can live with it. I really like the rest of the tower.

I really like this tower. Can't wait for it to really make an impact on the skyline.

I got a chance to see the new Mark facade up close for the first time today...and I have to say, it looked like crap. Perhaps it will be like Aura, where it comes together nicely, but the colored spandrel comes across really cheap, and doesn't really fit with the rest of it.

As of now, not impressed.

Towers are comparable at this point but, I certainly hope street level turns out a lot better than Aura. It's more the colour they chose to paint the concrete than the amount of painted concrete facing the street.
