love the pics of the inside lobby
on page 1772 somebody posted a giant pic of the
floor plan of the new lobby.
I did not see the escalators on that giant pic.....
my question is - where do those escalators go down to

The escalators were always in the floor plans. They take you down to the B2 lobby level, which provides you access to One World Observatory, retail, and PATH access.

A few of one WTC from my visit this week. I noticed little half round balconies at the top when I zoomed in, not sure what they are for. Can anyone enlighten me?

Ah, I gotcha ya. I realized that. Where the elevator go? How those people get through at security before enter the Observatory deck?

Escalators for the West and B2 lobbies. This is where visitors to One World Observatory will enter.

Where is security checkpoint? What about those visitors have to be search before go on the Observatory Deck?

I suspect (hope) that once construction is complete they'll park completely within the parapet and not stick out like that. I know it's minor but it ruins the sleek aesthetic of the building.

Also, I noticed they have begun to clean the glass. Does this building employ an automated window washing robot like the original towers did or will humans actually manage to clean all those acres of glass by hand?

Not entirely sure. I know that the telescopic arms of the BMUs have platforms that humans stand in to control it. Don't know how the actual washing process is quite yet.
