That is disappointing, but at least they are sticking with the timeline. Art Central will be vacated by the end of July, so I guess it will take those 2 months to empty out the building (glass, ceilings, etc) before structural demolition begins in Oct.

Site prep has started.

They're digging up the sidewalk and have begun interior demolition of Art Central and the daycare building next door. Structural demolition will proceed in late September.

My guess is that the asbestos will take a while to remove. I'm just thrilled that this one is going ahead.

Hey Chad or anyone else that might know, it was mentioned Tellus Sky might add some floors/height! Anything on that?

When I peeked through the doors, it looked like they were still removing asbestos. I suspect that they will start demo in November as they had stated. I guess we'll see.
