J'aime vraiment le premier. Je trouve que Montreal manque de gratte-ciels style New Yorkais années 30. La partie de droite et le spire font penser New York.

J'aime bien le premier et le deuxième. Ça me fait penser; j'aimerais bien que Montréal augmente un peu sa densité avec des tours de 35 étages. Ça serait déjà ça, puis ça boucherait les trous.

Look at the sizes and the vicinity of these 2 sites...Montreal will have a brand new look .I hope we see these projects get realized!!

There really aren't any substantial building proposals for the Turcot plan. It really isn't much more than a "if you unbuild it, they will come" attitude and we likely won't see much but construction and sod for quite some time. It'll be like the Des-Pins/Parc interchange but larger and with even less interest from developers.
