The highest floors of Europe
Not uninteresting is a list of the highest floors in Europe ( this list may be perhaps incorrect, if Ostankino TV Tower has further floors for technical equipment in greater height and if there is an equipment room in the top of the pillars of Millau Viaduct)
* Ostankino TV Tower Restaurant, 337 m
* Transmitter Room on Berlin-Frohnau Directional Radio Mast (not public)
* Transmitter Room on Gartow Directional Radio Mast, 300 m ( not public)
* Grande Dixence Dam, 285 m
* Emley Moore TV Tower, 275 m ( not public)
* Eiffel Tower, 275 m
* Viaduc de Millau, 270 m
Of course, it is not correct to set the height of a bridge or a dam as its top floor, but they should not forget in this list as Viaduc de Millau and Grand Dixence Dam can be passed by tourists. And it is a little bit surprising, that the most high elevated point on a structure in Europe outside Russia a "normal tourist" can stand on is the crown of a dam! ( We should put more attention to them in the database!)
Concerning closed rooms: the transmitter rooms on Berlin-Frohnau Directional Radio Mast and Gartow Directional Radio Mast may be the highest situated floors in Europe outside Russia, when you define a floor as "a closed cabinet large enough for a person to stay in"
