This looks quite nice. Very high quality build. Doesn't overwhelm the church or surrounding area.

Iirc, there's to be a living wall installed on the church below the window.

Its going to be a simply functional garage entrance ramp and our new trendy back garage doors/zero back yard townhouse access.

Lovely piece of modern infill that still nods to the historic character of the church. It still amazes me that the community was so up in arms about, what, 20 additional luxury units being added to the area?

We need more, not less of this stuff in Ottawa. There are a lot of useless parking lots/grass plots that can be converted into housing.
