261-277 King Edward Avenue

I saw a site application proposal on King Edward, south of St. Patrick (note: this is not the same proposal as the Holiday Inn hotel). There is a proposal for a 6-story building which would take up most of the block. It's the site of the recently demolished crack-riddled townhouses.
