This project has been stalled more often then not since last summer when they topped it out. At least they have now paved the parking lot. Still have not finished the exterior stucco.
Looks like activity has restarted with swing stations now on the south side installing the exterior finishing. Really quite odd that this was not finished at the end of 2022. There must have been some serious issues to cause the pause in work.
Looks like they have finally finished painting the exterior stucco finish on this building. They were loading drywall using a mobile crane into the top floor still. It's been well over a year since they topped it out and they have been incredibly slow in finishing the exterior and I would assume the interior of this retirement home.
Leasing office is supposed to be opening around now mid April. Yet there is still fencing on the front entrance and plenty of contractor trucks and vans in the parking lot. The building was topped out summer of 2022.
