Good progress on 3rd floor walls now.

3rd floor completed with 4th floor installed and prepping for concrete block for elevator/stairs being done.

4th floor basically complete, 5th should be starting any day.

Windows on bottom floors are going in and work on the entrance way was going on this morning. Should be topped off before the end of April I would imagine.

This is basically topped out, the west side of the building has the roof overhang partially completed and the east side looked like they are just finishing up the stairway structure.

Looks like the roofing and windows are now done.

The exterior has a way to go before its finished.

The interior work is likely well under way on the electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

Loads of drywall were being moved into this building. Still alot of exterior finishing work underway.

Loading drywall into the 5th floor today. Interior finishing still in progress but you can see that drywall is installed on lower floors.

Not sure if they are totally finished inside, but people are living there anyway. Looks good from the outside.
