I was kind of hoping The Hat would fade away and be replaced by something with a little more personality. That condo is the epitome of mailing it in.

It is a rental. It's dull, but it's not too bad at street level.

I heard it on the East Village Jane's walk from one of the East Village Ambassadors.

They also said RioCan is going to start construction soon, they are just working on the "paperwork" for the last of the parking contracts they had there. I have no idea what that means.
