Nice - also Waterfront Parkside (360 units) and Marriott rental tower (303 units) need to be added = 6,610 u/c and currently being occupied downtown condo units, works out to about 10,000 new residents.

Just posting to bump this onto people's subscribed threads new posts. Anyone care to help review and revise this list?

Can I just mention that the amount of condos going up during this recession is ridiculous. Driving home prices into the ground

I try and update after the census is out each year, and I don't think the Met was occupied at that time. This is kind of to get an idea of what the potential population increase will be each year. Roughly of course.

Ok, I've edited (roughly) the front page, taking out all the buildings that have occupancy now. Still amazing how many projects are under construction in this city.

Anybody know if the WAM project on 10th has started occupancies yet?
