I live close by and was super pleased to see Tartelette open, it’s been great with the little tables that have set up beside the green space, away from the noise of the street. It’s also exciting to see that the owners of J:Unique are opening a new restaurant in the corner unit of that building.
Biked through this area recently and was really impressed by the overall flow and design of the space. I know a lot of people on this sub really like Zibi but I think this might be my favourite attempt (so far) at creating a modern, 15-minute neighborhood in Ottawa. The only thing it's really missing is a proper east-west bike lane that connects the Rideau River recreational trail to Colonal By trail. Given that they built a series of detached homes along Clegg road, I think it was a real missed opportunity.
^I don't hate it, it add colors and resemble church stained glass. Probably a nod to the Oblates that owned the site before it became Greystone Village
I believe that the stain glass was recovered from the deschatelet chapel which was demolished a couple of years ago. It actually looks quite nice when the setting sun shines on it.

You seem to be absolutely right. I just checked old streetview on google map and took this screenshot.
