Here is the building as of September 2015. Looks like its nearing completion (at least for the exterior). The picture was taken by myself.

I drove by yesterday and yes certainly looks like the exterior is very close to being complete. It looks pretty good as well, a big step up from the chain link fence surrounding abandoned house

Interior is finished up to floor 9 (15 total floors).
