It looks like there's two of these buildings. The one above is labeled "Zuma Cafe" on Google Maps (see
here). The one below is about half a mile south as the PCH turns inland (see
here). It still has its palm tree and an opening at the front. Both now have small "FOOD" signs, which replaced the larger text (inset) between 2016 and 2017.
