I don't get the unprofessional nature of these permit requests for these ~100 million dollar projects downtown. The demo request for the Waller Park project was sloppy and this Trinity Tower permit request was hand written in an almost unreadable way with the address partially scratched out and Cesar Chavez St spelled "Cesar Chavis St". Doesn't really add confidence to the probability that these are going to be built.
