Cross posting from the main thread of what I saw while driving around tonight:
The Sutton (the project south of the Pharrell road project) and The Charles have their first floor pillars above ground, Camden Paces phase II appears cleared, and Henri’s Bakery redevelopment is two floors below ground, retaining walls up, and the crane appears partially erected. This neighborhood is absolutely on fire. Will be crazy if that bbq parcel begins construction as well.
