love that one. It's on Crescent Heights and Blackburn, a couple of blocks south of Third. I've spent a
lot of time sitting outside of it in my googlemobile. I've never been able to figure out what the little room is.

The volumes, the windows, the terraces...everything, it's perfect. What fun it would be to own it and do it up as it should be to share with friends. One to dream on for sure.
