Agreed, I've flown Delta so many times with disappointments that I don't even consider them an option anymore.

United is my favorite major U.S. airline, especially with the Star Alliance connections. I also have Asia Miles, which takes into account a bit of the One World group as well. I too like that Austin's not a major airport hub - it's always a relief coming back to Austin after flying through the Shanghai's, Beijing's, LAX's, and DFW's of the world. It's very well designed and small. People aren't in as much of a rush (except around SXSW, etc., I suppose). A bit of expansion is clearly needed, but I don't want to see it as large as some of the others - just a personal preference.
