It's now called Park District.

The city has also allowed it to increase it's height but there hasn't been an update on the official height and floors yet.
Quote:
Dallas (Dallas Co.) - A Trammell Crow Co. request to increase the height of a proposed tower by 72 feet and increase permitted floor area was allowed by the Dallas Plan Commission.

TC Uptown Associates LLC, a Trammell Crow entity, and Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. and the city of Dallas (the co-owners) propose a mixed use development, but with modifications considered at the May 7 meeting that would raise the height of the Park District project from 240 feet and 312 feet in certain areas of the two-tower complex. Permitted floor area was also proposed to increase from a 4-to-1 to 6.46-to-1 ratio.
